DR. SURYA PAMULAPATI

Owner/Dentist

Dr. P. was born and raised in India, where he studied, instructed, and practiced dentistry. About 12 years ago, he came to the United States to obtain his Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Missouri and knew he wanted to be a part of the healthcare system in the United States. However, he returned to India in September of 2014 and received a job offer from the Ohio State University a week later. He came back to the states and worked at OSU for several years doing oral cancer research. His study includes gum health related to smoking and vaping. He has published several research papers and ties his background in public health with oral health. Dr. P. performs many root canals, extractions, and oral surgeries. Dr. P has been serving Adams County and the surrounding areas since 2022.

Dr. P. and Colleen currently live in Cincinnati, where he completed his dental residency with NYU Langone Hospitals. The couple has a young daughter and son.

COLLEEN PAMULAPATI

Office Manager

Colleen was born and raised in Scioto County, Ohio. She graduated from Ohio University (AAS, BSC) Muskingum University (MISST), and University of Cincinnati (IT Certification). Along with managing the new dental office, Colleen teaches IT for a local high school and UC.

DEANNA PRICE

Registered Dental Hygienist

Deanna has been a hygienist for 27 years. She received her degree from Shawnee State University in 1995. Dee has been here at the same location for 17 years. 

Deanna and her husband have 3 children they enjoy spending time with. They also love to go for motorcycle rides.

AMY YOUNG

Certified Dental Assistant

Amy obtained her certification from the Scioto County Career Technical Center. She has worked in dental for over 19 years and has been here at the same location for 18 of those years. She loves what she does and feels like every day is a new and exciting challenge.

When not at work, Amy loves spending time with her husband and two Yorkies.

JENNIFER THOMPSON

 Registered Dental Hygienist

Jenn obtained her degree in dental hygiene from Shawnee State University in 1999. She spent 6 years in private practice and 14 years in school based dental outreach programs before deciding to rejoin private dentistry once again. She joined the team at West Union Family Dental in April of 2023.

When she isn’t working, Jenn likes to spend time with her husband and three kids. She loves reading, watching scary movies and every dog she meets.
